What SceneAlly is

SceneAlly is a connection platform for creators, businesses, and space hosts. Creators can build profiles, respond to Creator Drops, and connect with businesses and spaces. Businesses can create campaigns, review interested creators, message them, and build a private creator team. Space hosts can create profiles and publish shoot-ready spaces for creator shoots.

SceneAlly is not an agency, employer, broker, property manager, escrow company, booking platform, or payment processor. SceneAlly does not set deal terms, process off-platform deal payments, guarantee results, or guarantee that any user will complete a transaction.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account and profile information and keep it current. You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. You may not use SceneAlly for fraud, spam, scraping, harassment, unlawful conduct, or misleading listings or profiles.

Paid plans, renewals, and refunds

Creators currently use SceneAlly for free. Business and space-host access is currently priced at $300 per year and is billed as a recurring yearly subscription through Stripe. Business Pro AI is currently a separate $299 per month add-on for paid Business accounts.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each year until canceled. If you cancel, your subscription stays active through the end of the current paid period and will not renew for the next year. SceneAlly does not offer refunds for the current term except where required by law.

We may change pricing later. If we do, the change will apply to future renewals, not retroactively to a period you already paid for.

Off-platform deals and user responsibility

Users are responsible for their own rates, deliverables, property access, schedules, contracts, taxes, safety practices, legal compliance, and payment terms. Any deal between users is their deal, not ours.

If you are a creator, business, or space host using SceneAlly, you are responsible for deciding who you work with and under what terms. SceneAlly is not responsible for disputes, nonpayment, cancellations, chargebacks, property damage, injuries, missed deadlines, or any off-platform conduct.

Content, profiles, and listings

You keep ownership of the content and information you submit, but you give SceneAlly permission to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the platform. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload your photos, text, links, rates, and other content.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that are misleading, unsafe, abusive, infringing, unlawful, or harmful to the platform.

No guarantees and liability limits

SceneAlly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee discovery, leads, creator responses, business results, space inquiries, uninterrupted access, or error-free service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SceneAlly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, disputes between users, or off-platform transactions and conduct.

Changes, suspension, and contact

We may update the platform, these terms, or available features over time. We may suspend or remove access if we believe an account is violating these terms or creating risk for users or the platform.
