Terms of Service

The plain-English rules for using SceneAlly as a business buying creator-made ads or as a creator listing ad products.

What SceneAlly is

SceneAlly is a marketplace for creator-made ad products. Businesses can browse ad previews, choose a ready-made concept, send business details, review delivered files, and keep finished ads organized.

Creators can build profiles, list ad products, set prices, define what can be customized, and deliver finished files. Marketplace payments and creator payouts apply only when those features are enabled in the product and available through the connected providers.

SceneAlly is not an agency, employer, legal advisor, talent manager, escrow company, invoice service, media buyer, or guarantee of business results. Users remain responsible for their own claims, content rights, taxes, business compliance, and final business decisions.

Creator uploads and commercial rights

Creators are responsible for making sure every ad product they upload can be used commercially. Uploads must not include unlicensed music, sounds, stock footage, templates, fonts, logos, trademarks, private property, competitor branding, or recognizable people unless the creator has the rights and permissions needed for the listed use.

SceneAlly may review, reject, hide, remove, or suspend listings that appear low quality, misleading, infringing, unsafe, unlawful, incomplete, or risky for businesses or the platform.

Orders, revisions, and delivery

A business buying a ready-made ad is buying a customized version of the selected ad product, not unlimited custom creative direction. Each listing needs to explain what can be changed, what the buyer receives, expected delivery time, usage terms, and any included revision limit.

A basic revision may cover issues like incorrect spelling, wrong logo, wrong phone number, wrong address, wrong website, or incorrect offer text. Broader creative changes may require a new order or a separate agreement unless the listing says otherwise.

Payments, fees, and payouts

Creators can join free at the start. Creators set listing prices. The planned creator platform fee is 25% of the sale, plus payment processing fees, unless a different written fee is shown in the product.

If marketplace payment or payout features are enabled, payout timing, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, and order disputes may depend on payment provider rules, platform review, order status, and applicable law. SceneAlly may delay or withhold payouts for fraud, non-delivery, policy violations, unresolved disputes, or suspected rights issues.

Business responsibility

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit, the claims they make in ads, any required disclaimers, industry-specific rules, platform ad policies, and how they use delivered files. A med spa, dentist, realtor, finance business, healthcare provider, or other regulated business must review finished ads for its own compliance before posting or running them.

No guarantees and liability limits

SceneAlly is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee sales, ad performance, creator earnings, business results, uninterrupted access, approval by social platforms, or error-free service.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SceneAlly will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, disputes between users, failed campaigns, or platform policy outcomes.

Changes, suspension, and contact

We may update the platform, these terms, pricing, fees, review standards, or available features over time. We may suspend or remove access if we believe an account is violating these terms or creating risk for users or the platform.
