This policy explains what SceneAlly collects, how we use it, and the third-party services that help run the platform.

What we collect

SceneAlly may collect account details, role selection, profile information, messages, campaign responses, listing content, billing status, support requests, and basic technical and device information needed to run the service.

We do not store full payment card numbers on SceneAlly. Payments are handled by Stripe.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, display profiles and listings, power creator-business messaging, manage subscriptions, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Third-party services we use

SceneAlly relies on third-party service providers to run the platform. These may include Clerk for authentication, Stripe for billing, Supabase for database and storage services, Vercel for hosting and delivery, Resend for transactional email, and OpenAI for AI-assisted campaign planning features. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

What we do not do

SceneAlly does not sell personal data. SceneAlly also does not process off-platform creator deal payments, space-host payments, or user-to-user contract terms.

Sharing and public information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, process subscriptions, secure accounts, or comply with legal obligations. If you make a creator profile or other content public, that information may be visible to other users or visitors.

Cookies and basic site data

SceneAlly and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, account security, session management, and basic site functionality.

Retention, deletion, and contact

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. If you want help with account deletion or a privacy question, use the Support Center.

External links and off-platform activity

SceneAlly may link to third-party sites, social profiles, contact links, or public community spaces. Those sites and services have their own privacy practices, and SceneAlly is not responsible for them.
