What we collect

SceneAlly may collect account details, role selection, business profile information, creator profile information, ad product listings, order details, business requests, messages, billing status, support requests, and basic technical and device information needed to run the service.

When payment features are used, payment card details are handled by the connected payment provider. SceneAlly does not store full payment card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, display profiles and ad listings, manage ad orders and requests, support creator-business messaging, manage billing status when payment features are enabled, respond to support requests, prevent abuse, and improve the product.

Third-party services we use

SceneAlly relies on third-party service providers to run the platform. These may include Clerk for authentication, Stripe or another payment provider for billing, Supabase for database and storage services, Vercel for hosting and delivery, Resend for transactional email, and OpenAI or similar providers for optional listing, copy, review, or support assistance if those features are enabled.

These providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

What we do not do

SceneAlly does not sell personal data. SceneAlly also does not act as an agency, media buyer, legal advisor, or guarantee of creator earnings, business results, social-platform approval, or ad performance.

Sharing and public information

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the platform, process subscriptions or marketplace payments when those features are enabled, secure accounts, or comply with legal obligations.

If you make a creator profile, ad product, business page, or other content public, that information may be visible to other users or visitors.

Cookies and basic site data

SceneAlly and its providers may use cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, account security, session management, and basic site functionality.

Retention, deletion, and contact

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, maintain records, resolve disputes, and meet legal or security obligations. If you want help with account deletion or a privacy question, use the Support Center.

External links and off-platform activity

SceneAlly may link to third-party sites, social profiles, ad platforms, contact links, creator portfolios, or public community spaces. Those sites and services have their own privacy practices, and SceneAlly is not responsible for them.
