SCENEALLY – MODERATION & ENFORCEMENT POLICY
(Last Updated: November 2025)
This Moderation & Enforcement Policy (“Policy”) explains how SceneAlly.com (“SceneAlly,” “the Platform,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) manages listings, user accounts, and all forms of content submitted to the Platform. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that SceneAlly retains full and sole discretion to moderate, restrict, or remove any content or user at any time, for any reason or no reason at all.
This Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions and applies to all Users of the Platform, including both Owners and Creators.
1. Purpose of Moderation
SceneAlly is designed to provide a safe, user-friendly environment for listing and discovering creative spaces. To maintain the integrity, reputation, and proper functioning of the Platform, we reserve full authority to moderate content and behavior in any manner we deem appropriate. Moderation actions may be taken even if a User does not intentionally violate any specific rule, and even if the content in question is lawful.
SceneAlly is under no obligation to host any listing, user, message, or piece of content.
2. SceneAlly’s Right to Take Action
By using the Platform, you expressly acknowledge and agree that SceneAlly may, at its sole discretion:
remove, hide, or refuse to publish any listing;
disable or delete user accounts;
restrict or suspend Platform access;
edit or modify listing information;
limit visibility or placement of listings;
terminate messaging privileges;
or apply any other enforcement action we believe necessary.
These actions may be taken with or without notice, with or without explanation, and without any obligation to refund any fees already paid.
Users do not expect continued access to the Platform, visibility on the Platform, or immunity from moderation decisions.
3. Grounds for Moderation or Enforcement
Although we are not required to justify our decisions, common reasons for moderation or removal include, but are not limited to:
inaccurate, misleading, or low-quality listings;
illegal activity or suspected illegal activity;
fraudulent behavior or attempts at deception;
unsafe, hazardous, or inappropriate content;
copyright infringement;
harassment, abuse, or unprofessional behavior;
duplicate or spam listings;
third-party complaints or credible reports from other Users;
property misrepresentation or safety concerns;
listings inconsistent with the purpose of the Platform;
or any content that may harm SceneAlly’s brand, reputation, or user experience.
SceneAlly is not required to investigate claims or disputes and may act solely on our own judgment or concerns.
4. No Obligation to Explain or Provide Evidence
Users acknowledge that SceneAlly is not required to provide:
evidence supporting moderation decisions,
copies of complaints or reports,
specific explanations for content removal,
or any form of appeal process.
All moderation decisions are final and not subject to negotiation or dispute.
Users waive any right to challenge, contest, or overturn SceneAlly’s decisions in any manner.
5. No Refunds for Enforcement Actions
If your account, listing, or access is restricted, suspended, or terminated due to misconduct or violation of our Terms or Policies, you understand and agree that no refunds will be issued for:
listing fees,
subscription fees,
upgrades,
or any other payments made.
You acknowledge that all fees paid to SceneAlly are non-refundable under all circumstances, including termination.
6. User Behavior Expectations
While SceneAlly does not monitor off-platform interactions, we expect Users to conduct themselves professionally and ethically. We may moderate or remove Users whose behavior off the Platform indicates they pose a safety risk, exhibit hostility or dishonesty, or demonstrate patterns of unprofessional conduct that may negatively affect the SceneAlly community.
SceneAlly has no obligation to independently verify allegations or actions before taking enforcement steps.
7. Reporting Tools and User Feedback
The Platform may include tools that allow Users to flag or report listings or accounts. These tools exist solely to assist SceneAlly in identifying potential issues. A report does not guarantee that action will be taken, nor does it obligate SceneAlly to respond.
SceneAlly’s moderation decisions are not based solely on reports and may include internal assessments, automated alerts, or safety considerations.
8. No Duty to Monitor
SceneAlly does not monitor or review all listings, communications, or activities. You acknowledge that we can’t screen all content, and SceneAlly makes no promise or guarantee that harmful or inappropriate content will be removed.
Users must use caution and follow all safety guidelines when engaging with other Users or visiting a property.
