SCENEALLY – LISTING RULES & PROHIBITED CONTENT POLICY
(Last Updated: November 2025)
This Listing Rules & Prohibited Content Policy (“Policy”) explains the standards and requirements that apply to all listings, descriptions, photos, and communications posted to SceneAlly.com (“SceneAlly,” “the Platform,” “we,” or “us”). By creating a listing, uploading content, or interacting with the Platform in any way, you agree to comply fully with this Policy. Failure to follow these rules may result in the removal of content, suspension of your account, or permanent termination without refund.
SceneAlly is a listings-only platform that allows Owners to showcase their properties, vehicles, and creative spaces (“Scenes”) for viewing by Creators. Because SceneAlly does not vet Users, inspect properties, or participate in any transactions, each User is responsible for ensuring their content is lawful, accurate, safe, and appropriate.
1. General Standards for All Listings
All listings must be accurate, lawful, and represent a real, legitimate space or property that the Owner has the full right to advertise. Listings must include truthful descriptions, authentic photographs, and clear information about what the Creator will expect when visiting the Scene. Owners are solely responsible for ensuring that all posted content is correct, non-deceptive, and in compliance with all local laws, zoning regulations, HOA rules, and any applicable permits or insurance requirements.
Listings must be kept current and must reflect the actual condition, availability, and characteristics of the Scene. Submitting a listing on behalf of someone else, or listing a property you do not control or have permission to advertise, is strictly prohibited. SceneAlly reserves the right—but not the obligation—to remove listings that appear incomplete, misleading, outdated, or inconsistent with this Policy.
2. Prohibited Content and Activities
Certain types of content and behavior are strictly forbidden on SceneAlly. Users may not upload, publish, or promote anything illegal, harmful, misleading, unsafe, fraudulent, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate for a general audience. Listings may not encourage or depict unlawful activity, including but not limited to trespassing, drug use, violence, or the unlicensed operation of a business.
Content that infringes upon the rights of others—including copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or proprietary information—is prohibited. This includes uploading photos or media that you do not own, using logos without permission, or disclosing another person’s private information without their authorization. SceneAlly does not permit content that includes harassment, hate speech, explicit imagery, pornography, or any material intended to exploit, endanger, or intimidate others.
No listing may promote escort services, adult entertainment, or any form of sexualized activity. Likewise, content involving minors in unsafe, inappropriate, or exploitative contexts is strictly forbidden. SceneAlly will remove any listing that violates these standards and may report severe violations to relevant authorities when legally required.
3. Accuracy and Representation Requirements
Owners must provide honest information about the Scene, including its condition, size, features, limitations, hazards, and any rules required for access. Photos must depict the actual space and may not be misleadingly edited or taken from unrelated locations. Stock images, AI-generated images representing real-world spaces, and photos borrowed from other websites or listings may not be used. All Scene information must reflect the real-world appearance of the location at the time of posting.
Owners may not exaggerate, fabricate, or omit material facts about the Scene. Claims about amenities, features, vehicle availability, or special equipment must be truthful. Hidden dangers, restricted access areas, or other risks must be disclosed clearly in the listing description. The intention is to ensure that Creators can make informed decisions when viewing or contacting an Owner.
4. Legal and Safety Compliance
Each Owner is solely responsible for ensuring that their Scene complies with all laws and regulations that apply to its use. This includes zoning rules, permits, building codes, HOA or landlord rules, fire safety regulations, and insurance requirements. SceneAlly does not verify the legality or safety of any Scene and does not confirm whether a property is suitable for filming, photography, or creative use.
Listings may not encourage activity that violates laws or community standards. Dangerous structures, abandoned buildings, dilapidated areas, and any location that exposes visitors to unreasonable risk must be accurately described and may not be presented in a way that downplays hazards. SceneAlly reserves the right to remove listings that appear unsafe, misleading, or inappropriate for public use.
5. Prohibited Business Practices
Users may not use SceneAlly to conduct fraudulent schemes, deceptive marketing, pyramid or multi-level marketing tactics, or any practice intended to exploit or mislead others. No listing may contain misrepresentations regarding earnings, income potential, “get-rich-quick” opportunities, or any form of solicitation unrelated to offering a legitimate Scene.
Spam listings, duplicate listings, placeholder posts, and mass-created low-quality content are prohibited. Users may not circumvent fees by directing traffic away from SceneAlly through deceptive wording, misleading formatting, or hidden links.
6. Intellectual Property Requirements
Users may upload only content that they own or have the full legal right to use. By uploading content, you represent that you hold the rights to every photograph, description, logo, or media asset included in your listing. Unauthorized use of copyrighted images, commercial photographs, or any proprietary media is strictly prohibited.
SceneAlly reserves the right to remove infringing content without notice and to terminate repeat infringers under its DMCA Policy.
7. Listing Removal and Account Enforcement
SceneAlly retains full discretion to edit, hide, restrict, or permanently delete any listing that violates this Policy or the Terms & Conditions. SceneAlly may also suspend or terminate accounts when violations occur. No refunds will be issued for listings removed due to violations.
SceneAlly is not obligated to provide warnings, copies of removed content, or explanations regarding moderation decisions. The Platform retains the right to act quickly and decisively to protect Users, maintain site quality, and ensure compliance with legal obligations.
SceneAlly may, at its discretion, offer tools that allow Users to report listings or flag content that they believe is inaccurate, inappropriate, or in violation of this Policy. While Users may submit such reports, SceneAlly is under no obligation to act on them, review them, or provide a response. All decisions regarding moderation, removal, or enforcement remain solely within SceneAlly’s discretion, and Users acknowledge that the presence of a reporting tool does not create any duty for SceneAlly to monitor or police content.
8. User Acknowledgment
By posting a listing on SceneAlly, you acknowledge and agree that all content must comply fully with this Policy. You understand that all listing content becomes publicly accessible, that SceneAlly has no control over how third parties use that content, and that you share information entirely at your own risk.
If you have questions regarding this Policy or need clarification about what is permitted, you may contact us at support@sceneally.com.
