SCENEALLY — SAFETY OVERVIEW
(Last Updated: November 2025)
Safety on SceneAlly depends first and foremost on the judgment, preparation, and decisions of the people who choose to interact with one another. Because SceneAlly does not verify identities, conduct background checks, process payments, supervise bookings, or participate in in-person interactions, all Users must take full responsibility for protecting their own well-being, property, and personal information.
This Safety Overview is designed to introduce general best practices and direct you to the dedicated safety and legal resources available on the Platform. It does not replace your own due diligence, and it does not list every possible precaution a User may need to consider. Creative projects, on-site shoots, property access, and interactions with strangers inherently involve risks that must be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Each User is solely responsible for using caution and exercising good judgment before communicating, meeting, or conducting any activities related to a Scene.
SceneAlly provides detailed guidance tailored to different types of Users. We strongly encourage you to review the appropriate guidelines before engaging with others on the Platform:
Owner Safety Guidelines:
Recommendations for Owners on screening Creators, securing property, verifying intent, and handling communication and on-site activity responsibly.
Creator Safety Guidelines:
Recommendations for Creators on verifying listings, communicating safely, arranging property visits, planning shoots, and protecting equipment, personal information, and personal safety.
User Verification & Fraud Disclaimer:
An explanation of the fact that SceneAlly does not verify identities or background information, and a reminder that Users must independently confirm who they are interacting with.
Liability Release & Assumption of Risk:
A detailed statement explaining that all activities, interactions, meetings, property visits, and transactions occur entirely at your own risk.
Listing Rules & Prohibited Content:
Requirements designed to reduce misunderstanding and prevent unsafe or deceptive listings.
Because each creative project and interaction is unique, the safety considerations listed in these documents may not cover every scenario or situation. Users must adapt their safety measures to the risks they personally perceive, and are encouraged to use the same level of caution they would use when meeting, hiring, or renting from any stranger online.
If at any point you feel uncertain, unsafe, pressured, or uncomfortable during communication or when planning a meeting or photoshoot, you should stop interacting immediately and reconsider whether to proceed. Your safety should take priority over any listing or creative opportunity.
SceneAlly welcomes reports of misconduct, suspicious behavior, dangerous listings, or potential violations of our policies. While we cannot monitor off-platform interactions, we can review reports for policy violations and remove users or content when appropriate to protect the integrity of the Platform.

SceneAlly is committed to providing a clear and transparent framework that supports informed decision-making. However, every User must ultimately evaluate risks, verify information independently, and take all necessary precautions when choosing to interact with others discovered through the Platform.
