SceneAlly is a listing and communication platform designed to help Owners and Creators discover and connect with one another. Because SceneAlly does not verify user identities, screen backgrounds, confirm ownership, or participate in financial transactions, all Users must conduct their own due diligence and take full responsibility for verifying the people they communicate and transact with.
SceneAlly does not guarantee the legitimacy, accuracy, identity, or intentions of any User. We do not conduct background checks, criminal checks, financial checks, property ownership checks, social media verification, insurance verification, or any similar screening process. All information posted by Users—including listing details, photos, descriptions, prices, rules, contact information, and claimed identities—is provided solely by the User who submits it and is not reviewed, authenticated, or validated by SceneAlly.
Because interactions occur entirely off the Platform and payments are handled directly between Users, SceneAlly cannot monitor, moderate, or oversee what happens after initial contact. Users must verify all details, obtain written agreements as necessary, and use caution when sharing personal information, arranging in-person meetings, or entering into financial or contractual arrangements.
Fraud, misrepresentation, impersonation, or deceptive activity may occur when interacting with strangers online or offline. SceneAlly does not protect, insure, reimburse, or intervene in financial losses, disputes, scams, property damage, cancellations, or any other negative experience that may arise from user-to-user interactions. By using the Platform, you accept full responsibility for evaluating the credibility, safety, and trustworthiness of other Users and for making informed decisions based on your own judgment.
If you suspect fraud, encounter suspicious behavior, or believe that a User is misrepresenting themselves or their property, you are encouraged to stop communication immediately and report the User to SceneAlly so we can review the matter for potential removal from the Platform. However, SceneAlly does not guarantee investigation outcomes or resolution of disputes between Users.
By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that all User verification is your responsibility alone, and that SceneAlly bears no liability for any damages, losses, misconduct, or fraudulent interactions that occur on or off the Platform.
