SCENEALLY – ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) outlines the standards of conduct required from all users of SceneAlly.com (“SceneAlly,” “the Platform,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity, including browsing, creating listings, communicating with other users, or uploading content, you agree to comply fully with this Policy. Any violation may result in content removal, restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination of your account, without refund.

SceneAlly is a listings-only platform that does not supervise user interactions, verify identities, or monitor off-platform conduct. As such, maintaining a safe and respectful environment relies heavily on the conduct of Users themselves. This Policy exists to protect the integrity of the Platform and ensure a consistent standard of behavior.

1. General Conduct Expectations

Users must use the Platform in a lawful, respectful, and professional manner. All interactions, listings, messages, and uploaded content must reflect honesty, courtesy, and good faith. Users are expected to treat one another with respect and to avoid behavior that is harmful, disruptive, misleading, or unsafe. By using the Platform, you agree not to interfere with the experience of other users, exploit the Platform for improper purposes, or engage in any activity that compromises the safety or functionality of the service.

2. Prohibited Activities

The following behaviors are strictly forbidden on SceneAlly. These prohibitions apply to all content, communication, listings, accounts, and interactions conducted through or in connection with the Platform.

Users may not engage in spam, deception, harassment, impersonation, or any conduct that misleads, exploits, or harms others. Users may not create fake profiles, post fraudulent listings, or misrepresent their identity, ownership rights, or intentions. It is prohibited to contact other users for purposes unrelated to creative space inquiries, including but not limited to advertising, solicitation, recruitment, surveys, promotions, political messaging, or personal agendas.

No user may upload or distribute content that is unlawful, threatening, defamatory, hateful, discriminatory, explicit, violent, fraudulent, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes content that promotes illegal behavior, contains harassment, or exploits or endangers minors. Users may not upload pornographic or sexually explicit content of any kind, nor use SceneAlly to promote escort services, adult entertainment, or sexualized interactions.

Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to access accounts or data that they do not own, attempting to bypass security features, scraping or harvesting user information, or engaging in any unauthorized data collection. SceneAlly may employ automated systems to detect suspicious behavior, but is under no obligation to do so.

3. Misuse of the Platform

Users may not attempt to manipulate, disrupt, or exploit the Platform in any way. This includes interfering with system operations, overloading the service, introducing viruses or harmful code, or using bots, scripts, automation tools, or scraping software to gather information or create listings. Attempts to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise analyze the internal structure of the Platform are strictly prohibited.

Any use of the Platform that violates local, state, or federal law, including zoning violations, unlicensed commercial activity, trespassing, and other property-related offenses, is prohibited. SceneAlly reserves the right to remove content or terminate accounts connected to unlawful behavior or unsafe practices.

4. Prohibited Communication and Messaging Behavior

Users may not use SceneAlly’s messaging tools to engage in harassment, threats, abuse, intimidation, or any communication intended to manipulate, pressure, or mislead another user. Contact information obtained through the Platform may only be used to discuss Scenes and creative opportunities. Using the Platform to initiate romantic advances, personal conversations, political outreach, religious solicitation, multi-level marketing schemes, or unrelated commercial offers is strictly forbidden.

Users must not attempt to move conversations off-platform deceptively, misrepresent themselves as SceneAlly personnel, or pressure other Users into unsafe arrangements. If a User exhibits concerning or inappropriate behavior, communication should cease immediately and may be reported.

5. Protection of Personal and Sensitive Information

Users may not publicly share another person’s private information without explicit consent. This includes addresses, phone numbers, payment details, personal schedules, identifying documents, or any information of a sensitive nature. Users may not encourage or pressure others to disclose unsafe levels of personal information. SceneAlly does not mediate or oversee private communication, and all Users should exercise caution when sharing any details.

6. Intellectual Property and Authentic Content

Users may upload only content that they own or have full authorization to use. It is prohibited to upload copyrighted images, materials copied from other websites, photos of properties you do not control, AI-generated depictions of real locations, or any content that violates intellectual property rights.

Listings must accurately represent the real Scene. Fabricating, misrepresenting, or disguising the true nature or ownership of a Scene violates this Policy.

7. Attempts to Circumvent Platform Rules or Fees

Any attempt to avoid fees, manipulate listing visibility, duplicate listings for the purpose of increasing exposure, or bypass the Platform’s systems is prohibited. Users may not create multiple accounts to evade moderation actions or restrictions. SceneAlly reserves the right to link, merge, or remove duplicate or suspicious accounts.

8. Enforcement and Platform Discretion

SceneAlly retains absolute discretion to determine whether behavior or content violates this Policy. We may edit, restrict, remove, or permanently delete any listing or communication that appears to violate our standards, even if not explicitly listed here. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts without refund. SceneAlly is under no obligation to provide warnings, explanations, or appeals related to enforcement decisions.

The presence of a reporting tool does not create any obligation for SceneAlly to act on reports. Users acknowledge that moderation decisions are final and that failure to act on a report does not imply endorsement of the reported content.

9. Acknowledgment of Responsibility

By using SceneAlly, you acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your behavior, your communication, your listings, and your interactions with other Users. You understand that SceneAlly does not supervise, monitor, or control off-platform activities and cannot protect you from misconduct, fraud, or harm. Your continued use of the Platform signifies acceptance of this Acceptable Use Policy and agreement to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with these rules.
