SCENEALLY – REFUND / NO-REFUND POLICY

This Refund / No-Refund Policy describes the conditions under which payments made to SceneAlly.com (“SceneAlly,” “the Platform,” “we,” or “us”) may or may not be eligible for reimbursement. By submitting any payment on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

SceneAlly provides digital listing services. When an Owner pays to publish a listing, the service is delivered immediately upon submission. Because access to the Platform’s digital services is granted instantly and cannot be reversed or “returned,” all payments made to SceneAlly are final.

1. All Payments Are Final and Non-Refundable

All fees paid to SceneAlly are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes payments for publishing listings, renewing listings, purchasing promotional placement, upgrading visibility, or paying for any other digital service offered through the Platform. Once payment is submitted, the service is considered fully delivered, and no refunds, reversals, or credits will be issued.

SceneAlly does not guarantee results of any kind. Fees paid are solely for the opportunity to display a listing on the Platform. Because we do not participate in bookings or transactions between Users, financial outcomes such as Creator inquiries, earnings, or viewership cannot be predicted, promised, or refunded.

2. No Refunds for User Errors or Listing Mistakes

SceneAlly does not provide refunds for errors made by the User. Examples include, but are not limited to, creating a listing in an unintended category, uploading incorrect photos or descriptions, choosing the wrong plan or subscription, accidentally submitting payment, or experiencing dissatisfaction with the performance of the listing. Users are responsible for reviewing all information carefully before publishing a listing or completing a purchase.

If an Owner wishes to correct or update a listing after payment is made, they may edit or modify the content using their account tools. Editing or updating a listing does not entitle the User to a refund.

3. No Refunds for Listing Removal or Account Termination

If a User violates the Platform’s policies—such as the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Listing Rules & Prohibited Content Policy, or any other requirement—SceneAlly may remove listings or suspend or terminate accounts at its sole discretion. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

This includes removal or termination resulting from prohibited content, unsafe behavior, spam, fraud, low-quality content, user complaints, copyright violations, or any activity that endangers or misleads others. Because the user’s conduct caused the removal or termination, no portion of the listing fee will be returned.

4. No Refunds for Technical Issues or Service Interruptions

SceneAlly relies on a combination of third-party hosting, software, plugins, and technologies to operate. As with any online service, occasional downtime or performance issues may occur due to server maintenance, network errors, plugin conflicts, or other factors outside SceneAlly’s direct control.

Temporary service interruptions, reduced accessibility, or technical issues—regardless of their cause—do not qualify for refunds.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that the digital environment is inherently subject to such fluctuations and that no guarantee of perfect uptime or uninterrupted operation is made or implied.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you believe a payment was processed in error, you must contact SceneAlly directly at support@sceneally.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account.

SceneAlly will provide accurate documentation to the payment processor demonstrating that a digital service was delivered. Because all listing fees are final, chargebacks filed for valid transactions are considered misuse of the payment system and may lead to permanent account termination.

6. Acceptance of This Policy

By submitting any payment to SceneAlly, you expressly acknowledge and agree that all fees are final and non-refundable. You understand that SceneAlly does not guarantee bookings, inquiries, earnings, exposure, or any particular outcome from listing on the Platform. You further understand that your listing fee is strictly a payment for digital advertising space, provided immediately upon purchase.

If you do not agree with the terms of this Refund / No-Refund Policy, you should not create a listing or purchase any services on SceneAlly.
