This Privacy Policy describes how SceneAlly (“SceneAlly,” “the Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you access or use SceneAlly.com. By using the Platform, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, you must not use the Platform.
1. Scope and Overview
SceneAlly is a simple listing and communication platform that enables Owners to publish and promote their creative spaces, and allows Creators to discover and connect with them. This Policy applies only to information collected on the Platform itself. It does not apply to any communication, transaction, agreement, or interaction that occurs outside the Platform, including phone calls, emails, text messages, in-person meetings, or any off-platform arrangements between Users. Those activities are entirely the responsibility of the participating Users.
2. Information We Collect
SceneAlly collects only the limited information necessary to operate the Platform and provide its core features. Users may provide basic account information such as an email address, a username, and a password when registering. Owners may voluntarily submit information needed to display their listings, including descriptions, photographs, general location details, and any contact information they choose to publish. Users may also send messages through tools provided on the Platform for the sole purpose of communication with one another.
In addition to voluntary information, the Platform automatically collects a small amount of technical data, such as an IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and access times. This information is used to maintain the functionality, security, and performance of the Platform. SceneAlly may use general analytics tools to understand overall usage patterns, but does not track Users across other websites or create behavioral profiles.
SceneAlly does not collect or store financial information. Payments for listing fees are handled entirely by independent third-party payment processors, who manage and store payment information according to their own policies. SceneAlly receives only a confirmation of a successful or failed payment.
3. How We Use Information
The information collected is used to maintain user accounts, publish listings, facilitate communication between Users, ensure the Platform functions properly, provide customer support, protect the integrity of the Platform by preventing fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations. SceneAlly does not sell, rent, or trade personal information for marketing purposes, does not use information for automated decision-making or behavioral profiling, and does not monitor users across external sites.
4. Public Information and User Responsibility
Information that Users include in their listings—such as descriptions, photographs, locations, rules, and any voluntarily added contact details—becomes publicly viewable by anyone who visits the Platform. Users are solely responsible for the information they choose to publish. SceneAlly is not responsible for how others may use, share, copy, or store publicly visible information. Sharing information publicly is done entirely at your own risk.
5. Sharing of Information
SceneAlly does not share your information except in a few limited circumstances. Some information may be visible to other Users as part of normal platform interactions. For example, when Users communicate with each other using features available on the Platform, their chosen usernames and any profile information they voluntarily provide may be visible to the recipient.
SceneAlly may share limited information with trusted service providers who support the technical operation of the Platform, such as hosting companies, payment processors, infrastructure providers, and other technology services. These providers may only use information as necessary to perform services on SceneAlly’s behalf.
SceneAlly may also disclose information if required to comply with legal processes, enforce our Terms and Conditions, prevent fraud or illegal activity, or protect the rights, property, or safety of SceneAlly, its Users, or the public.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
SceneAlly uses basic cookies to support login sessions, enhance site functionality, improve security, and understand general usage patterns. These cookies are not used for cross-site tracking or advertising. Users may choose to disable cookies in their browser settings, but some features of the Platform may not function as intended.
7. Data Security
SceneAlly uses commercially reasonable measures to secure the Platform, including secure hosting, SSL encryption, and restricted access to administrative components. However, no online service can guarantee absolute security. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you do so at your own risk and that SceneAlly is not responsible for unauthorized access, data breaches, or security incidents beyond our control.

SceneAlly retains information for as long as it is needed to operate user accounts and maintain the Platform. Some information may continue to exist in secure backups for a limited time after removal. SceneAlly is operated from within the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States, which may have different data protection laws from those in your home jurisdiction.
11. Children’s Privacy
The Platform is intended only for Users who are eighteen years of age or older. SceneAlly does not knowingly collect information from individuals under eighteen. If we become aware that a minor has created an account, we will remove it.
12. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have certain rights regarding your personal data, such as the ability to access, update, or delete information associated with your account. SceneAlly will make reasonable efforts to honor such requests when legally required or when operationally feasible, while retaining the right to maintain data necessary for compliance, dispute resolution, and fraud prevention. SceneAlly may update this Privacy Policy at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon posting to the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
